Motive are finalists for 'Business of the Year' Award

Motive are honoured that in our 10th Anniversary year we have been shortlisted as finalists in the 'Business of the Year' category for the Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce Northern Star Business Awards. Our COO James Gregg recently took to the cameras for a morning of filming to be screened during the awards ceremony.

The past year for Motive has been a growth story of tactical diversification and internationalisation. Our Spooling & Inspection division secured its largest contract to date after three years of consistent growth post-launch.

In May, our Fabrication division reported a 115% year-on-year turnover and the pandemic hasn't stopped our fab team who continually pull out all the stops to maintain necessary levels of production.

Our overseas bases have shared the same success, with Motive FZE and Motive AS securing several significant contract wins for the Group in the UAE and Norway respectively.

2020 has thrown many challenges at everyone, but Motive has remained positive and determined throughout and have plenty to be grateful for, expecting to end the year on budget.

Winning 'Business of the Year' would be a huge recognition to our team for all their hard work and belief in the company.

Team Motive are looking forward to 2021 and hopefully to celebrating at P&J Live on 11th March!
