Thanks to our growth plans for the US and America’s regions, we are now hiring for a Sales Administrator for our Americas region.
The Sales Administrator will contribute, support and administer sales enquiries, ensuring that quotes are prepared, reviewed and issued in accordance with Client requests and internal processes. They will also ensure that internal sales system, “Salesforce”, is updated and accurate for management reference.
This role will also be responsible for sales telephone calls, emails and other correspondence in a professional manner thereby contributing to the efficient and effective coordination and processing of Sales Enquiries and Order Confirmations. The Sales Administrator role will also be asked to support general administration tasks for the region.

As Lead Equipment Operator, your role will be to commission and operate equipment in a competent and professional manner, communicating effectively with the client and Operations Department at all times.
The Lead Equipment Operator will ensure products are operated efficiently, within the allocated scope of works and equipment operational limits. They will ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant HSEQ guidelines.
The work our Offshore team do is where everything we do, comes together. From the Manufacturing to Sales, Logistics to Finance, it all comes to fruition when you and your team are operating the equipment based on the project requirements. You’ll be the one responsible for the safe & efficient use of our equipment, and as Lead Operator, both your team, clients and subcontractors will look to you for support, guidance and expertise.

You’ll be joining a hardworking and skilled team, who are used to working to high standards specifications of work. As part of our team of offshore Equipment Operators, you’ll be supported by our Personnel Logistics Manager and our projects for the UK & Europe.

- Complete required onsite paperwork such as post installation checks & maintenance records.
- Complete DCSR sheets in full, with accurate times and descriptions including any observations, delays, damages, daily activities obtaining signed approval from the client.
- Demobilise equipment at the worksite and prepare for shipping, completing any necessary cargo manifests.
- Trouble shoot equipment breakdowns, investigate and rectify
- Hand in project paperwork and expenses in a timely manner post project.
- Engage in any other reasonable activity as requested by Management
- To attend project briefings & de-briefings.
- To attend client inductions/HIRA’s as and when required.
- To complete online client inductions and training as and when required.
- To participate in internal and external training courses where identified.
- Attend client FAT’s when requested.

The Inspection Supervisor will be responsible for leading and supervising all inspection, NDT, and rope access activities. The role includes ensuring full compliance with IRATA Level III rigging and safety requirements. Duties involve planning, coordinating, and carrying out routine and periodic surveys using the full range of NDT methods and inspection equipment. Onsite training, mentoring, and performance oversight for Inspectors also form a key part of the position. Responsibilities further include undertaking all tasks associated with a Level III Rope Access Supervisor.
The position requires ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards. Additional responsibilities include supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to the development and implementation of inspection procedures and best practices.

As a part of our Brazil team, you’ll become part of a small, hardworking, and skilled team who work to a high standard and specification. Reporting to the Operations Manager for Brazil, you'll also become part of the wider America's team and be supported by our team of onshore and offshore personnel working alongside you, whose goal, much like your own, will be to enable a quick and safe turn-around of equipment.

- Perform the role of Level III Rope Access Supervisor and carry out various rope access works such as NDT, structural installations, and removals, shot blasting and painting in a safe and efficient manner. Rig up and inspect rope access equipment prior to and during use.
- Carry out routine surveys, inspections and load testing of Lifting equipment and their accessories and the immediate reporting of defects or concerns
- Maintain the compilation of all hours undertaken for rope access activities, report findings to rope access manager.
- Mentor other Spooling and Inspection Rope Access Technicians
- Ensure all rope access equipment is maintained
- Attend rope access refresher and other associated training as required.
- Where qualified, carry out visual and NDT examination of all types and construction of high-performance wire rope
- Where qualified, carry out pressure lubrication of all types of high-performance wire ropes in accordance with working procedures and COSHH Assessments.
- Complete Daily Client Service Record, Rope Access forms in full, with accurate times and descriptions obtaining signed approval from the client where required.
- Proper set up of equipment.
- Use of Kinetic Software for the review, approval and production of good quality inspection reports ready to send to customers
- Travelling to worldwide destinations as and when required
Required skills / knowledge:
- Significant offshore experience
- Suitable NDT certification (SNT or PCN Level II).

The Hydraulic Technician will inspect, repair, assemble and test hydraulic equipment as required in accordance with company procedures. They will undertake a variety of tasks that involve the manufacture and maintenance of hydraulic systems. The post holder will ensure products are manufactured efficiently, within the allocated delivery schedule as per operational planner and ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant Health and Safety guidelines.

- Assist in the Mobilisation and FAT process as and when required onshore and offshore
- Upkeep of and completion of demobilisation paperwork including the recording of missing or damaged equipment
- Performing and documenting inspections of demobbed equipment
- Identifying and undertaking required repairs and maintenance of demobbed equipment
- Servicing and undertaking planned preventive maintenance of the rental fleet equipment and any other equipment deemed necessary
Required skills / knowledge:
- Significant experience in a mechanical role preferred
- Mechanical, hydraulic and 3 phase electrical hook up experience
- Good knowledge of hydraulic components is essential
- Forklift License preferred

The Certification and Inspection Technician is responsible for planning, executing, and conducting Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) operations, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
The Certification and Inspection Technician is responsible for conducting comprehensive visual, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and Magnetic Rope Testing (MRT) inspections of Motive FZE’s and client equipment. The technician will also commission and operate spooling winches and associated equipment, ensuring all operations are performed within established safety and operational standards while maintaining clear and effective communication with clients and the Operations Department.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Division Manager, the Operations Manager - Manufacturing is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the Fabrication, Assembly, Fitting, Machine Shop and Maintenance departments.
This role ensures the timely delivery of manufacturing projects while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, productivity and budget control. The Operations Manager - Manufacturing will manage a team of Chargehands and work closely with the Manufacturing Planner, Project Team and supply chain to coordinate activities, allocate resources, monitor budget and ensure that maintenance is undertaken as needed to meet production requirements.

The Subsea Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of both onshore and offshore operations in accordance with the project’s Scope of Work. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that all operations are carried out safely and efficiently, and that all tasks are managed to achieve successful project outcomes.

- Experience of TUPE Transfers and associated legislation
- Ability to deal with conflicting demands whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy and diplomacy.
- Ability to form strong working relationships with Managers across the business and apply consistency
