Eloisa Antonio

Operations Assistant

Before joining Motive, Eloisa enjoyed working as a Sales Coordinator/Executive where her role involved generating leads, customer service, and order processing.

In 2016 Eddie Moore was in the process of opening Motive FZE in the UAE and looking for an experienced candidate to assist with managing projects.

Eloisa was very much up for a challenge and saw the role as a fantastic opportunity to join the brand-new Motive FZE team as Sales Administrator

Megan Masson

Management Accountant

Megan joined Motive in 2018 having completed her studies at NESCOL, earning an HND in Accounting and Finance.

During her course Megan worked for a local Wetherspoons, moving up to the position of Shift Leader where she gained valuable customer service and leadership experience in a busy environment. However, Megan was keen to progress her career within Accounts and made the move into a Trainee Finance Assistant role with Motive Offshore Group.

Ryan Thomson

Regional Manager (Scandinavia)

Ryan began his career working for various oil service companies in Aberdeen, most latterly as a plant operator, and for an industrial tank cleaning company. During this time, he amassed a wealth of knowledge about the oil industry; different applications, plant maintenance, and gained valuable experience working on hydraulics learning about high-pressure systems.

In 2013 local company Motive Offshore Group was recruiting for a Proposals Engineer and Ryan seized the opportunity to work for a young, ambitious company where he felt he could advance his career.

Craig Stevenson

Hydraulic Chargehand

Craig worked with Motive on a part-time basis during weekends and holidays whilst still at school, and in 2013 left to join Motive as an Apprentice.

Through his part-time role with Motive, and helping at his grandfather’s garage, Craig had accumulated a wealth of technical experience by a young age.

On completing his apprenticeship, Craig achieved an NC in Mechanical Engineering, and moved into the role of Hydraulic Technician, soon working his way into his current position as Hydraulic Chargehand.

Leah Innes

Business Administration Apprentice

Leah joined the Motive Team at Boyndie in 2019, embarking on a Sales and Marketing Apprenticeship which would see her combine studying for a diploma in Digital Marketing whilst working within the sales and marketing departments.

Having really enjoyed Administration, IT and Business at school, Leah was uncertain about taking the university route like many of her friends, instead keen to pursue a role that would allow her to gain on-the-job experience whilst continuing to learn.

Sophy Bryan

Operations Support

Sophy Bryan joined the Spooling & Inspection team at Motive in September 2019.

Having just left school, Sophy was considering going to university to study either Business Management or Legal Services. However, on seeing the opening with Motive for an Administrative Assistant Sophy felt it was as an ideal opportunity to build a career within an industry that really appealed to her.

Cesilie Skjervik

Management Accountant

Cesilie began her working career at 12 years old picking strawberries outside Bergen, ever since she has always worked part or full time, alongside her studies.

With a varied working background that has included cleaning offices, telemarketing, and working as an Assistant Nurse in a psychiatric hospital, the majority of Cesilie’s career has been spent within the Accountancy and Finance sector.

Joining Motive AS in Norway during January 2020, Cesilie brought substantial experience and knowledge, most recently from a role where she held sole responsibility for payroll and accounting.

Team Motive

As well as offering rewarding careers for our team, we believe in providing our employees with opportunities outwith the working environment to build on the already strong relationships our team has developed.


Team Motive formed organically as a result of staff members seeking opportunities to come together to undertake challenges and fundraising initiatives. Since Team Motive began we have raised over £30k for various charities.

Some of the challenges we have undertaken include:

• The Kiltwalk

• Strathpuffer 24-hr Mountain Bike Challenge

• Tough Mudder

We are also proud sponsors in the UK of local football club Deveronvale FC and in the UAE each year Motive FZE help provide Iftar meals to almost 3,000 labourers in Dubai, after Ramadan.
