Eloisa Antonio

Operations Assistant

Before joining Motive, Eloisa enjoyed working as a Sales Coordinator/Executive where her role involved generating leads, customer service, and order processing.

In 2016 Motive were in the process of establishing a base in the UAE and looking for an experienced candidate to assist with managing projects.

Eloisa was very much up for a challenge, seeing the role as a fantastic opportunity to join the brand-new Motive FZE team.

Joining Motive (UK) in 2018, Tony relocated to become our Inspection Manager in the UAE.

Management Accountant

Megan joined Motive in 2018 having completed her studies at NESCOL, earning an HND in Accounting and Finance.

During her course Megan worked for a local Wetherspoons as a Shift Leader, gaining valuable customer service and leadership experience. Keen to progress her career within Accounts, Megan made the move into a Trainee Finance Assistant role with Motive Offshore Group.

Leah Innes

Business Administration Apprentice

Leah joined the Motive Team at Boyndie in 2019, embarking on a Sales and Marketing Apprenticeship, combining studying for a diploma in Digital Marketing whilst working within the Sales and Marketing departments.

Having enjoyed Administration, IT and Business at school, Leah was keen to pursue a role that would allow her to gain on-the-job experience whilst continuing to learn.

Team Motive

As well as offering rewarding careers for our team, we believe in providing our employees with opportunities outwith the working environment to build on the already strong relationships our team has developed.


Team Motive formed organically as employees sought opportunities to come together to undertake challenges and fundraising initiatives. Since Team Motive began we have raised over £40k for various charities.

Challenges we have undertaken include:

  • Erskine Fire Walk
  • Illuminator Night Trail Race
  • The Kiltwalk
  • Strathpuffer 24-hr Mountain Bike Challenge
  • Tough Mudder

We are also proud sponsors of various sports clubs and community initiatives, and in the UAE each year Motive FZE helps provide Iftar meals to almost 3,000 labourers during Ramadan.
